  Ed was on time and very professional. Diagnosed the issue, helped me look up if part was covered by GE warranty. It was so Ed told me to contact GE and the would send me the part. Ed gave me tips on how to install the part myself which was as easy as he said it would be. Service fee of $70 was very reasonable. I will definitely be using Ed in the future.

  On time and knowledgeable. My appliances are old but Ed was able to fix my washer and was realistic about the issue with my freezer. He was honest and told me it would cost nearly as much to fix the freezer as it would to get a new one and the fix may not last. He even pointed me to a reputable website to look for discounted appliances. He was quick and the repair to the washer has held up for nearly a year now (fingers crossed for more).

  Excellent service. Have a front loading Whirlpool washer that stopped working. I called Ed and gave him the code. He was out the very next business day. Had the part on hand and fixed it in less than 30mins. Ed knows his business and is very professional. He is now our go to guy for any appliance repair!
