So, I’ll start with my recommendation - don’t use Ecosystems.
We used All-Wet for almost 25 years until they were bought out by Ecosystems, and it’s been downhill for us ever since.
Trying to schedule maintenance or winterizing is a nightmare. Call and be on hold for 20 minutes, unless you get cut off. They will TELL YOU when they will arrive, hopefully that fits your schedule.
One of our appointments was cancelled because the tech “had a family emergency”. And that same excuse was used a second time just last week! Sounds like “my dog ate my homework”.
Another appointment was cancelled by Ecosystems as they said I didn’t reply to the text to confirm - they magically found a tech when I offered to send a screen shot of my confirmation.
We had to schedule a master valve replacement - that took over a month. When the tech arrived, he started by cutting ALL the wires in the control box, not just the two for the valve. Then he spent two hours trying to fix the wiring, at one point trying to say that the system was obviously broken before he arrived.
The automated system they use for communication is terrible. We got text messages informing us that our tech would arrive “soon”, despite the fact that the work had been done two hours earlier!
And on and on ….
Use anybody else.

As it turned out, our winterizing service was scheduled on a day with heavy rain storms. Not only did EcoSystems keep the appointment, Rob showed up with such a positive attitude. The storm wasn't going to get him down or affect his work. He made everything so easy for us. I hope he's out tech for system restart in the spring.

The technician did not have the key to my sprinkler system, this has been a constant problem in the past, so much so, that there are notations in my file that state the need for the key. I was lucky the technician found a key in order to do the work. When I reported this issue, the answer I got was to purchase my own key. I should not have to purchase tools that the company should have on hand, I am already paying you for service, and that service should include being prepared with the proper tools. I am unsure if I will seek these services again, because we continue to have issues.

There were a few issues, with the irrigation system,
that couldn’t be resolved over the phone or internet. Corey was assigned to handle some of them. I received a call that one of his appointments took much longer than expected and although he was running late he would definitely show up that day. I’m sure Corey could have cancelled the appointment instead he showed up, resolved all the issues with the system, some of which were outside of his area/department. He is definitely an asset to Ecosystems and we appreciate him going above and beyond to clear up everything in that one visit and that the expense was covered under the installation & warranty.

Great experience with Lee from Ecosystems. Setting up an appointment was easy (text message). Changing and confirming the appointment could also be managed by text message. I received a notification when Lee was on his way which is another thoughtful bit of service (photo included so you know who to expect). It was a rainy day and we don’t wear shoes in the house. No worries though as Lee came with booties to go over his shoes. He was on time, professional, courteous and efficient.
