I went online and did my research and the reviews with Ecoshield were very positive, so I contacted them. Initially, I had Cory come by to do an onsite survey of my roof situation. He was very professional and shared with me his recommendation and what I should expect in the process. After moving forward with Ecoshield, I continued to work with Laura, who was basically my project manager. I admit that I was still unsure on what to expect and Laura handled my concerns and made me feel more comfortable going into this process. The attention to detail and the consistent follow up impressed me and they handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company. The outcome was a completed project with outstanding results and a cost savings as a bonus. Laura and Cory were amazing, and the entire team provided me with a very positive experience.
