He was very polite, explained the process before he started, then quickly and efficiently cleaned our traffic area stained carpet. It wasn’t horribly dirty, but truly in need of cleaning. We are very pleased with the results, and the explanation for why they are considered eco-friendly…and we will call Jacob and Eco pure again!
