  Be very wary of purchasing an appliance here. The promises that they fix any problems are a lie. We bought a refrigerator, and then realized that there problems with the bottom freezer drawer. We tried for months to get the repair company to fix it with very little response. They sent technicians two times who said they needed to order parts. We waited for weeks and called and called and received no response. We called the store and were promised a call back from a manager, which never happened. We ended up just buying a new refrigerator. Be very wary!

  The one star reviews are wrong. This place is way better than those indicate, and those people must have terrible interpersonal skills, because this guy gives you all the tools you need to succeed. As far as "beat up" goes, you get what you pay for. I looked around, and a lot of the appliances are dinged or scuffed, but mechanically, they all work, and the warranty indicates that. I bought one washer and one dryer, as a set. Both Kenmore Elite, a matching set of a pretty good brand. There were scuffs on the outside, but nothing wrong with the function of either unit. We spoke with the owner of the store for quite a while, and he went above and beyond to answer honestly, even when it didn't favor his pocketbook. He admitted the damage to both units, and he had personally inspected them and guaranteed that the warranty was as good as it seemed. I ended up buying both units (in the back, they hadn't even been stocked yet, the owner is really cool) for $200 each, that's $400 total for a front-loading dryer and top-loading washer with agitator. I have now had both units for two years, and I have absolutely zero issues with either one. If I had to search for a complaint, I'd say the dryer unit didn't come with the beefy wall plug it needs, but that was FULLY disclosed in the store, nothing was hidden from me, I paid almost nothing for them, and I was able to pick up a plug from the local Re-Store (shoutout) for $5. An almost perfect condition (functionally) matching washer and dryer set for $400 with what I remember as a full-coverage (for repairs) 6-month warranty... that's a steal in my book. Zero issues. Five stars.

  I bought a refrigerator from them back in December. I found the price to be reasonable, and the communication was excellent. They even came to fix the ice maker when it started leaking. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future because they’re a great and affordable option!

  SCAM. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Buyers, DO NOT spend your money here. If you think you’re going to be saving money, you’re WRONG. You’ll have to buy new appliances and lose out on your money from buying their products. They offer a “6 month warranty” but then never order the products you need in order to get things fixed. The people they send out originally to install your appliances are sketchy; we caught one of the guys looking in our car before they left. The gentleman they sent out to “fix” our problem with our dishwasher told us to just put vinegar and that should solve our problem? Wrong. We called back and they said they’d order our part we needed, and never did. When we finally called and requested just to get a refund and have them pick up their dishwasher, we received a “let me run this by my boss” didn’t hear back on that so had to call again to follow up and received a “I’m not sure when we will have an answer he’s been in and out of the office” it has been months that we’ve gone without a working dishwasher and we’ve been dealing with a company that isn’t willing to work with their customers. DO NOT SHOP HERE, ITS A SCAM.
