We booked a Building and termite inspection for a home we put an offer on, that needed to be done within a week. Joe did the Termite inspection and organised the Building Inspection to be done on time. It was such an easy process for us. Thanks Joe.

They respond well to "emergencies" (termites swarming, etc.) and are always on time for appointments. Our favorite Tech is Nick! He is always on time, usually in the early part of the appointment interval. His inspections are thorough and he gives great "education" to his customers with respect to recognizing early warning signs of infestations. He has given us great advice for additional treatments for an ant problem we have had in the past in our back yard. We ask for him each year when we schedule our annual inspection!
