  Economy Furnace responded next day and provided excellent repair/replacement of my hot water tank. Staff were courteous and treated my home like it was their own.

  We did not hire this company. We noticed our mailbox was damaged, so I checked my home security cameras. The footage showed an Economy Furnace truck pulling into my driveway, backing up, hitting my mailbox, driving through my yard, and leaving. I also have a sign near the end of my driveway that says, “No turnaround.” My husband called the company, texted them videos, and emailed them as well. Requested that they fix or replace our mailbox. They said we would get a call back from Tim, but never heard back. I had to call the company again, and they told me, “We were meaning to get back with you.” They were blowing us off. They can keep their money!!!! Terrible company!!!!

  They were here in less than 24 hrs. That was pretty fast considering the heat wave we've been having for 2 weeks. Diagnosed and repaired in 15 minutes. Very impressed with the service provided. Price was reasonable and fair. I would recommend them for all HVAC needs.
