Lost my business for using AI instead of real humans for customer service. Stuck for 25 minutes talking to a robot in a loop. Wasn’t solving my problem and wouldn’t transfer me to someone who could help. I’m not trusting my home to businesses who do not employ humans to listen and help.

I really like using Economy Exterminators they are efficient and effective. They helped get rid of my insect issues previously. But for personal reasons I had to stop using them for about a year. But now that I'm in a position to start up again I called them back for their services. They customer service is great when I called I spoke with Kylie. And the individuals that came to my home to spray were knowledgeable. The price is fair and affordable for my budget. If any needs an exterminator I will certainly refer them.
