  I have never written a review for a company before, but I feel that this needs to be shared. I live in a house with college aged girls. We are having spider and millipede problems. We contacted our landlord to set up an inspection and treatment. The landlord told us they were coming the next morning to do the inspection. I was in the house, with all the windows open and a clear view of the driveway, sitting on the couch. No one came to our house. I told our landlord this. He called this company and they told him that they did come. So then I called Economy Exterminators and I asked if we had been rescheduled as no one came to our house and the person told me that they actually had to send someone else instead the next day. I asked if a note could be made that I wanted whoever came to come and talk to one of us in the house briefly so we could show them certain places on the inside as well. I confirmed that they had the correct address. I gave them my name and number as well as confirming that they had the correct contact information for my landlord. I was told that someone could definitely come talk to us and that a note had been made. The next day, I waited again. No one came. I called again and the person said that someone did come. I was told that they were contacting my landlord about pricing. My landlord said that someone had contacted him saying that they would be in touch about pricing. We never heard back. We are moving on to a different company. Even if this is partly a lack of communication somewhere I am unaware of, Economy Exterminators has been lying to me about coming to my house and seems like they were going to talk pricing without doing an inspection at all.

  I called Economy after hours due to finding a hornets nest on my storage house along with several large carpenter wasps. I left a message on their answering about my issue. I received a call back very early the next morning. Pam then scheduled me a setvice that next morning. I was extremely pleased with the service person. He quickly took care of the problem. And he was very professional and courteous. So I plan on continuing my service plan with Economy.

  Grace at Economy Exterminators came to the rescue today and helped me resolve my payment issue working through wi-fi and power outages! Thank you Grace for following up after all that and calling me back to let me know all was resolved!

  The representative I spoke to (Natalia) was extremely helpful. She eased my worries, actually has a good sense of humor, and was super kind. 10/10
