  I went in to get a undercut with a long bob. I left with a super short bowl cut. This young girl cutting my hair had no idea what she was doing, I don't think she's ever used clippers before. I asked them for somebody who knew how to work with short hair and they said that she has years of experience with short hairstyles. My hair looks awful and it's so short another stylist couldn't help fix it. They no longer have the stylists they did in the last few years. I should have paid attention to these reviews and went somewhere else. I will just have to wear a hat every day until my hair grows out. I will no longer give this salon any of my business and I suggest that you guys don't either. Also to add, the receptionist was getting his hair done when they had clients who needed checked out. He and another salon girl was talking trash about customers who were there earlier in the day. This business really needs to hire more professional and experienced employees. I would add pictures of my hair but this review won't let me on my phone.

  I went there wanting to dye my hair a gray/silver. Instead, I got blonde that was barely any different than my original hair color. No one even noticed anything was done to my hair, let alone $200 worth. The workers were very friendly and sweet, I just didnt get what I payed for even remotley and it was very dissapointing.
