  Apologies for the delayed review. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service, thorough explanation of services and options, seamless communication and follow up. Special thanks to Jeremy and Alex, they made sure to ask and raise concerns before initiating any work which I really appreciated. I cannot forget to acknowledge Evan for his extensive knowledge of the Mitsubishi duct splits and going over in detail its functionality. I’m looking forward to enjoying the heat as the weather slowly gets colder. Please hire these guys for HVAC needs because they will get the job done with no issues!

  I recently had a great experience with ECI, they installed a new Trane heat pump system at my home. Evan has been great to work with throughout the purchasing process and has answered all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. Matt, Jeremy, and Alex did a great job with the installation. As they installed the new system, they addressed all my questions and concerns in a very respectful manner. They also took extra care to protect the floors and all other property during the installation. I would highly recommend this company for this type of work.

  We have been a loyal customer with ECI Comfort from the very beginning, so when our AC unit stopped working one evening this summer we called one company-ECI. Jason came out at 9PM to assess our issue. The next day we were sitting down with a Project Manager, Evan, who provided us with our options. He provided us with window units until they could get back out to replace our 15 year old unit (installed by ECI). Install was a breeze...Mike and Julius were professional, effecient, courteous and kept the house clean while they worked. Customer support and service is a number one priority to ECI. Call them for all heating and air conditioning needs.

  Jason Schuch was excellent. Great peronality, very knowledgeable, polite and very prepared. We chatted on any issues, he performed annual boiler maintenence and offered some tips. I had a faulty room temperture sensor which was covered under my Comfort plan , and he replcaed it same time Will ask for him personally on next service.call!
