  Tracy was a consummate professional! My wife and I were under contract on a home in MS and were on a very tight timeline to get the inspection done. With the logistical challenges being from out of state, Tracy was able to fit us in his schedule right away, met with our realtor, and stayed after completion of inspection to virtually go through the entire report with me. It is difficult to make purchases like this from out of state, and be able to trust contractors. I can not recommend Tracy enough! His inspection and report were concise and thorough, and within a couple hours of leaving the property, we received the hard copy of the report via email. We are very comfortable with how to move forward with this property thanks in part to Tracy. Again, highly recommend!

  I had a great experience with Echols Inspection! My inspector was extremely thorough, concise, and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through the home, pointing out both the positives and the areas that needed attention. The inspection report was detailed and included plenty of helpful recommendations. I really appreciated how clear and informative everything was. The service was reasonably priced and very professional. I would highly recommend Echols Inspection to anyone in need of a home inspection!
