  Hello, I have been living at Echo Lake for 2 years. It is a lovely apartment community. I looked at a number of others before moving here, and Echo Lake clearly is the nicest apartment community in the area. The apartments are bright, well laid out, and well maintained. All the appliances and features work properly. The Echo Lake staff are excellent at what they do and are wonderful to deal with. I would like to particularly mention Nicki, the property manager; Keleen, the assistant property manager; Kailah, and Angel, both of whom work in the office. They are all professional and a pleasure to deal with. The maintenance staff is excellent, responsive, friendly, and competent. I would like to mention Darrell, Emigdio, and Richard, in particular. They are all very responsive, nice, and capable. I highly recommend Echo Lake.

  I want to give a huge thank you to Kailah at Echo Lakes Apartments! She has been absolutely amazing throughout my whole apartment application process. From the very beginning, she’s been proactive, attentive, and always on top of communication. Anytime I had a question or concern, Kailah was quick to respond and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. Her professionalism and friendliness truly made this experience so much smoother. I’m so grateful for all of her help!

  Avoid this place at all costs! We moved in at the beginning of May, and it has been a nightmare. If you value sleep and peace at night, this is definitely not the place for you. The apartments are extremely noisy, with structural issues that generate constant sounds throughout the night, and according to maintenance staff, these problems cannot be fixed. The neighborhood is loud and disrespectful, with no regard for quiet hours or community living. The maintenance service is nothing but a scam and resolves absolutely nothing. The fire alarm in my hallway has been “beeping” for two weeks, and management simply ignores it. The pool has been closed for over two weeks in the middle of summer, with no reopening date due to lack of maintenance. The entrance gate has been broken for months, and now the fobs no longer work. The administration only cares about taking your money and does nothing in return. Living here has been a nightmare—I cannot wait for my lease to end so I can leave this place for good. Avoid this complex! It is not a place for rest after a long workday, nor is it suitable for families.

  After long week of touring apts. I found Echo Lake my experience from start (tour) to finish was great. The community is well kept, great amenities, wonderful staff. Kailah is amazing! She helped me and stayed in contact thru entire process. Definitely would recommended her if looking for new place to call home.

  We just got approved today and we are so excited. We have friends who have lived in the complex for over 4 years and only have great things to say, hense why we are so excited. Kailah helped so much with the entire application process and put my mind at ease as my bank gave issues with connecting to their application site. She was so hands on and called me immediately and excitedly to share that we were approved. I would absolutely recommend her to assist with your application process as it can be overwhelming sometimes! Excited for the future at Echo Lakes 🥰
