  An absolute joke. Kind enough to keep you on a leash, making you think they are actually helping, but definitely just yanking you around. Dropped off a measuring tape for replacement, they had to order one because it was out of stock. Months and numerous phone calls and promises of a call back later, it finally took me calling to ask if they had one in stock. Of course they do! I said set aside, it will be picked up for replacement of the one I gave you months ago. Go to pick it up and they have the audacity to say that one needs to be brought in for exchange! Then acted as if they were doing ME the favor when they 'allowed me to take it anyway'. Wonder how many other free replacements they have hanging on their wall for sale because customers forgot or simply gave up....

  This is by far the best tool store around. Best prices on Milwaukee tools and accessories anywhere. The staff is super friendly and they always have great sales going on.
