Scott P. Is very knowledgeable! Learned a lot from him and now we are having a pool installed. Scott made sure we understood everything and answered all questions we had.

Writing another poor review as this seems to be the only way to get a response from the service department. Eastgate installed our pool in Sept of 2022 and there were creases in the liner at that time. We live in KY, so we're on a hill, and at the time Johnathon said it could be due to the water on the hill and a retaining wall would be needed, even though the installers said that the drainage that was installed was sufficient. Although we didn't believe that was the case, we spent the money and installed a retaining wall anyway, and the creases have yet to be addressed or corrected, nor have we gotten any type of response back after countless phone calls, voice messages and texts (that were actually read by aforementioned individual). I feel like Eastgate is not being accountable for their actions and passing the buck until the issue goes away, or we get frustrated enough to just say the hell with it. A response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have creases in my pool that JONATHAN said he would take care of over a year ago. He will not return my phone calls or texts. I have called the service department, and they refuse to schedule a service appointment stating that they can’t take care of this- it’s JONATHAN’s job. JONATHAN isn’t doing his job. The pool liner is under warranty. If you need a pool go somewhere else as the follow through and responsibility for their product and workmanship is not present. As for the service department- whenever we have called and had questions they have been wonderful!

Frequently Asked Questions About Eastgate Pools & Spas

Do you sell Poly furniture?

Yes! At Eastgate Pools, we stock a HUGE selection of Berlin Gardens and Telescope Casual Poly furniture and we would love to show you the quality, the comfort, AND the great looks of both manufacturers. And if our huge selection still isn’t what you have in mind, we welcome special orders!

How often should I test my pool water?

It is recommended that you test your pool water a few (3-5) times per week. This will familiarize you with the slight differences in colors that will tell how your water is "doing." If you would like to compare your results with ours, we have state of the art water testing equipment that provides accurate results as well as helpful information such as safe ranges and proper adjustment dosages. We are always happy to help get you on the right track. Just bring us 12-16 ounces of pool water, taken from 18-24" below the surface, and we will be able to take it from there.
