  The worst! I don't even want to give one star. They had installed gutters and downspouts on my home and one downspout connected to a run that was overflowing and wearing away the ground under our patio. I'd checked to make sure the run was clear of debris, which it was, before I called. Spoke to someone named Rob on Dec 17, sent him photos and he said he'd come take a look after the holidays. By Jan. 7 I'd heard nothing so texted him and he said he'd come by on Thursday. I asked what time and he didn't get back to me. All day Thursday I texted asking when he'd arrive. After a 6pm text he said his "car was in the shop today" and that he'd be by Friday. We missed each other on Friday. He said he'd swing by on Wednesday but didn't say what time. I texted him twice more before he told me when he'd be there. He arrived, looked at the problem, offered a solution and said he'd get me an estimate early the next week. By Wednesday, he'd given me nothing and I asked him what was going on. No response. On Thursday, no response. On Friday he said he'd "been sick with flu since Monday" and that he'd get me an estimate ASAP. That was Jan. 25th.
