They were very honest and told me that I couldn't receive a delivery until that Monday and I'd be the first stop. True to their word, they arrived early that morning and filled my tank. Fast forward to 2025, I have a service contract with them and it's one of the smartest things I've done. My furnace has been malfunctioning and I haven't paid a dime due to the service contract. They come when they say they're going to come and they do one helluva good job in fixing the problem. I had to call on a couple of occasions because a particular problem persisted. I was most impressed by their professionalism and courtesy even though I was calling on a spur of the moment. They fit me into their schedule and performed the work flawlessly!!! I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to friends and family.

Eastern Fuel offers both Automatic Delivery and Will-Call Delivery. Our Automatic Delivery system uses advanced calculations to estimate your oil usage and ensures your tank is refilled automatically, so you never have to worry about running out. For Will-Call, you monitor your tank and simply call us when you need a delivery (please allow at least 48 hours' notice and note our minimum delivery requirements).
Do you offer emergency heating oil delivery?
Yes, Eastern Fuel provides emergency heating oil delivery for our Automatic Delivery customers. If you are an Automatic Delivery customer and find yourself in an emergency, please call our office immediately at 203-248-2111.
