  The leasing agents and management, run 1-3 properties. San Marco Promenade, Eastborough, and the Jack. Karen and Jessica have been so helpful with guidance, understanding and sympathy as I’ve been affected by the government shutdown. Avery is also alway so helpful when I have interacted. They are doing great things here, and building a caring and understanding community. It’s something I haven’t found in a really long time. I’ll be sad when I have to leave but I hope I get at least one more year here :)

  Apartment building and amenities are great, I saw a few different places before choosing this I think what set it off here was the leasing agent Karen Wilson. She was amazing to work with. She possesses all the three p’s…Pretty, Professional and Polite!! She made the whole process A BREEZE. Ask for Karen. You won’t be disappointed!!

  Eastborough is such a lovely apartment complex. Ms. Karen Wilson is the best. She was incredibly helpful in ensuring that everything was in order for me. She continues to be very helpful to this day. Whenever I need assistance, she promptly helps me. She clearly prioritizes her job and I can tell that she enjoys what she does. Thank you.

  I had an outstanding experience with Karen & Ivonna at Eastborough San Marco. From the very first tour to move-in day, the team was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive. They answered all of my questions promptly, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my decision. What really stood out was their friendliness and willingness to accommodate my schedule and needs. The leasing process was smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their residents and take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a place to live and want to work with leasing agents who are knowledgeable, courteous, and truly invested in helping you find the right home, I highly recommend.   Karen Wilson is like the best leasing specialist I’ve ever met in all my apt living she understands she listens and gets the job done if she leaves I just might follow her. But she is super professional and runs this place like she owns it but she does it with so much class and respect. Karen for president I love her she is bomb and my apt is too ….
