  Undrea is my definition of great customer service: kind, caring, and professional. He has demonstrated over and over that our health and financial well being is paramount. Undrea has also gone to bat for us on occasion when dealing with difficult claims. And he continues to present proposals that fit us well, even when they may not be his product.

  I have dealt with Undrea for years. He has always been professional and courteous. He is quick to respond to any and all of my concerns or questions. He is knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend UNDREA. He gets the job done!

  My experience with Undrea Smith at Quality Coverage Benefits is one of "above and beyond" professional customer service. He is very knowledgeable and and listens well to best help and can explain in terms so that clients are able to make the best choices. He was tenacious to make sure I was not dropped through the cracks with an insurance company and made numerous calls on my behalf to ensure that. Besides all that, Undrea is actually a fun person to do business with...yes...even insurance can be fun with the right advisor!
