  Words can’t express how grateful I am for the team at East Hills Subaru of Roslyn. I came in with so much uncertainty about what can be done with trading in my car for my dream car. I want to thank Jeff and Sol for going above and beyond to help make my dream come true. I am so overwhelmed with the care and support that was given to me and so grateful for how informative, kind, patient and knowledgeable both Jeff and Sol were. Not only did I walk away with certainty but I walked away with dream car and I also walked away knowing that I’m in good hands with the good people at East Hills Subaru of Roslyn. Thank you so much for all your help! I will never forget this day, it truly changed my life!

  Did a late weekend drop off for my car. Flat tire, service was no longer open. A manager was there to assist me and make sure my key would be given to the right person. They called me early on Monday, and handled my flat tire the same day, handled with my warranty. Expert easy service.

  Nice and comfortable area. Unfortunately last time I don’t think the shop put in enough new oil, so that the oil light is on and I need to put a bottle in. This time, after I left and found out the screen hasn’t reset. Feels a bit disappointed. The receptionist is always good.

  This is my third Subaru with East Hills using the team of Dennis Baquiran, Sales Manager and Steve Radow, Sales Consultant. I recommend them. I use the Subaru VIP Pricing Program which qualifies me for transparent invoice pricing. Upon receiving my VIP Authorization Form from Subaru corporate office Dennis has always been proactive in scheduling me for an appointment to discuss the purchase. Dennis and Steve are both knowledgeable, courteous, patient and helpful. Pickup of the vehicle has always been easy and Steve takes the time to fully explain all of the components of the car. They are both easily reached over the phone if you have a question. I'm also pleased with the servicing of the car by East Hills.

  My wife and I bought a car form East Hills Subaru in May. Jeff Olson was incredibly helpful in helping us find a car that worked well for us. Even after we bought the car, I thought there was a problem with it and called him (I accidentally put the floormat over the gas pedal... there was no problem with the car...) Even though I was upset and this issue was clearly my fault in the end, he was incredibly kind and helpful through the process. Would highly recommend. We love our Subaru Crosstrek.
