    Amazing service from Dean! Was attentive and extremely helpful. Answered all of my questions without hesitation and provided clear explanations and solutions to any and all problems. Highly recommend as well as Steve! Great crew!

    Was greeted by the advisor Jon Piansky. I had keys and a mirror ordered for me from a previous visit, and he was able to accommodate me, even though it was not a scheduled visit. The keys were programmed and the mirror was replaced in a very timely manor. I had a chance to speak to the service manager Rafael Campos, and he was a pleasure to deal with, and also spoke to the service technician Andrew Zybul. The entire process was bliss. I felt confident that my vehicle was repaired properly and in a timely manor. I would recommend this dealership over and over again!

    This place should be advertised ! I was in search of a Jeep service center where the wait wouldn’t be a crazy 2 week wait. I called a few places and Rebecca was kind enough to get me right in no appointment she was knowledgeable & didn’t treat me like $ signs ! She informed me every step of the way on what I needed and explained it thoroughly. I received my vehicle back in 2 days. Thank you for quick professional service !

    I recently visited the service center at East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram SRT for the first time on September 13, 2025, with my 2021 Jeep Wrangler for a check engine and other diagnostic codes. Not being familiar with the process, I wasn't sure what to expect—but I was fortunate to be assigned Dean Vardakis as my service advisor. Dean took the time to clearly explain the entire service process, including the importance of a thorough inspection before any work would be completed. Throughout the entire experience, he kept me informed with timely updates and made sure I was never left in the dark. His communication and professionalism made the process seamless and stress-free. I truly appreciated the transparency and care shown by both Dean and the technicians working on my vehicle. It gave me peace of mind knowing my vehicle was in good hands. I’ll definitely be returning to East Hills for all my future vehicle needs. Highly recommend

    This was my first time negotiating a car deal entirely over the phone, and that process was smooth and amazing. Everything was discussed clearly, and I felt confident coming into the dealership to finalize the purchase. Unfortunately, when I arrived for delivery, the agreed-upon price was not reflected on the paperwork. I was told that my salesman, Mike, was not available and that the paperwork was submitted incorrectly. To make things worse, the manager I had dealt with, Steve, was also not present to confirm the agreement. Because of this, I had to return the next day to redo the paperwork and finally complete the delivery. On top of that, the brand-new car had some imperfections — chips in the paint and a flaw on the hood. The manager gave me a written note promising these issues would be corrected at the first service visit, but it was disappointing to see these defects on a new vehicle at delivery. Overall, the phone negotiation was excellent, but the in-person delivery experience was disorganized and frustrating. Communication and quality control need improvement so customers don’t go through unnecessary delays and surprises.
