  The best in the game! Do not waste time with anyone else, they give you that home town feel and are always willing to be helpful. Steve and his staff are very understanding to my needs and have been willing to help me not run out of oil!!!! They offer budget financing which starts in June and I’m looking forward to starting that with them because I’m very forgetful and not a great planner......I’m working on it 🤪.... Thank you guys for helping me out this winter in my new home. I will always recommend you and not forget your acts kindness!!! It may be small potatoes to some, but to me customer service is everything. When it comes to home oil solutions, look no further then East Greenwich oil! Joe Nigrelli

  If I could give them less than 1 start I would. I spoke with Steve on 9/17/2019 about pricing and what services they offered. When I asked about their full-service plans and how many technicians they had he abruptly changed tone and repeatedly accused me of working for a competing Oil Company then hung up on me. This was a first. Worst Customer Service Ever.

  Knowledgable and accessible! Best service package with automatic delivery and routine maintenance, hassle free! Convenient and dependable. Have called with questions specific to my system which were answered promptly and honestly with my best interest in mind. Would never go anywhere else!

  Extremely disappointed in the service my client received from this oil company and he has been dealing with them for years. Did not respond to him on a service so I finally called after a week. Then 1 1/2 weeks later the co. calls back and says they can not do the repair. They have been loyal customers for 10 years. Appalling action and that owner needs a readjustment in customer service delivery!
