  7/30/25 2:30pm in port Chester New York, driver in a marked company van pulled a U-turn in the middle of oncoming traffic, nearly slamming right into me —then the older man riding passenger decided to flip me off? They proceeded to speed through the town, failing to obey stop signs and again nearly rear ended me pulling into my driveway!!

  Around 3:15 today the guy driving their van hung a right turn off 5th Ave onto 7th Street at speed without bothering to yield to me or other pedestrians at the edge of the crosswalk crossing 7th. Reckless and stupid.

  EastEndFire is a great company who really cares about the safety of their customers and always has their customers best interest at heart. EastEndFire is helpful, honest and reliable and always tries to work with the customer. —Replying to a review: EastEndFire’s location in East Stroudsburg Pennsylvania is more of a storage space as their technicians drive to locations for service. They are more of an appointment only space. To the customer who had an issue with a leak: East End is very sorry to hear about that. We never received any phone call of a complaint & we also state in our contract that we only do a light patch as that is not our profession. If you do have a leak you would have to contact a roofing company. East End Fire would’ve helped you along the way if you would have let us know. East End Fire does not get any complaints otherwise. We wish you all the best and hope in the future you’ll see that we always do right by our customers.

  In terms of being a business, East End Fire, Inc. is a really bad joke. Last Friday, I had driven over 20 miles today to their location in East Stroudsburg/Marshalls Creek, PA to recharge a fire extinguisher. Got there ~40 minutes before closing time (4:00 PM). The business’ location was poorly marked, the office door was locked, no sign that they will be right back of any kind, and no one picked up the phone. It’s truly baffling how they manage to stay in business. Definitely would not recommend and, nor will ever go back there again.
