They are prompt to let you in, but it’ll be an hour for the drink menu, 20 minutes to the drink, maybe you order food, and then in maybe 90 minutes you get it. So incredibly annoying. If you need to hire folks, please do that (the prices are high enough). It’s one thing to see an overstaffed place where people actually acknowledge you, but to be totally ignored for an hour is not okay.
