- PHPeggy HaganApr 23, 20241.0Unit rented was to be Climate Controlled...was NOT!! Also they have a RAT PROBLEM!! So now my belongs have mold, dryrot, rat feces and urine. Many piece of furniture is chewed on and legs were chewed off. Rat feces carries a virus that is deadly!. When asked if they will be notifing the units near me that share the same drop ceiling, where the RATS made entry, their response was NO, NOT THEIR JOB TO NOTIFY RENTERS. So that tells me the RATS have been there for a long time. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
