  I really enjoy living at East 8. The spaces are unique and have more character than previous places I have lived. The spacious apartment offers more than enough room for me to have separate office and bedroom spaces, which is important for working from home. The amenities are fine and parking is handled through a 3rd party (wish we had reserved spots). I find the street quieter than expected and the location is really convenient for going to restaurants/bars/sports games downtown. Hands down the best thing is the maintenance people. I had a mysterious dishwasher leak that required several maintenance visits and have accidentally locked myself out a few times. All of the maintenance staff have been courteous, helpful, and determined to fix the issues. Two stand out especially - Adam and Shane. They have both come for "emergency" situations later at night but never complained or seemed annoyed. They are always dedicated to making me feel safe and secure in my apartment. I would recommend living here.

  One of the best apartment locations in downtown Cincinnati, within walking distance to the Banks, OTR, and even Mt. Adams if you don't mind the hill. The community is great and offers some nice amenities. Rooms are spacious and have lots of natural light (keep in mind those winter heating bills will be high as a result). Rent is overall reasonable. Overall, would definitely recommend anyone looking to live downtown take a look here.

  The location is pretty awesome. Practically the first thing you come to after getting off 71. Walkable to OTR, fountain square, the banks, and more. Rooms are nice and tall. Large kitchen. I like the community. The utility bills can be high but rent prices are pretty good. Staff is friendly and maintenance responds quickly.
