  I know it’s Disney but expected more service. Food was generic and poor quality. My fries were cold, stale and hard to chew. Ordered a turkey club. Club is 3 slices of bread layer meat and veggies. What I got was 2 slices of bread that were hard to chew, 3 slices of turkey piled in the middle of the bread, 1 leaf of lettuce (asked for extra not provided), 1 small tomato slice. Was supposed to come with mayo, it was dry. Had to douse the meal with ketchup just to eat a horrible $22 sandwich. Our server, Juan, was trying and I feel he may be a good server but he seemed overwhelmed. My wife’s order was not correct and it took 3 time to get it right. Disney service and taking care of customers is definitely gone way downhill. I would not recommend this place.

  Place is a joke, terrible service, overpriced mediocre food AND NO BATHROOM. You have to walk like a quarter mile to go to the bathroom.

  Yesterday on Sep-15-25 my daughter & I had the blueberry pancakes and they were amazing very delicious and our helper Roberto was such an amazing guy, very helpful and attentive to us Thank You

  Great for a bite before going into the park. Seating is usually challenging, very full very often. Better to scout it out ahead of time. Service is just someone taking your order and then a little buzzer telling you to come back and pick it up. Done. So no frills.

  This place is full of unprofessional crooks. They double charged our meals and said it was refunded. Brought out a fake voided receipt and tried to claim the refunded the charge that never came. The manager went on to say it was the waitresses fault, then blamed us for this issue. Im pissed because I have now been stolen from and I will never be returning neither will anyone I know. Absolutely trash.
