  Not even worth one star. I arrived for pickup at 11AM, and the delivery by appointment 3PM — 120 miles away. The load is ready but the guy he is lazy now is past 1 PM, and they still hadn’t started loading. I politely asked Micheal the delay and what is going on the weather is bad and delivery set by appointment. He responded rudely, saying don’t ask me question and even he threatened not to load me if I stepped out of my truck. Completely unprofessional,racism and disrespectful he wasted my time almost 3hrs. I cancelled and I will never come again. Drivers, be careful! If you’re picking up a same day delivery load avoid this place unless you want to deal with fluffy attitude.
