  I had 2 trees removed. One in the back yard and one in the front. My ENTIRE lawn was destroyed to the point where I need to hire a landscaping company to haul in black dirt and seed/sod. They took the trees and ground the stumps. There are DEEP divots in the yard as they don't rope anything to the ground. The owner didn't ask if I had underground sprinklers. He tried to blame the damage on my lawn being soft. Their heavy equipment went through BOTH of my back gates versus only using one. The tracks from their heavy equipment dug up both sides of my yard in addition to the front and back and they don't fill in the stumps with black dirt when done. He was between several customers/jobs and left my cut trees in the yard for 3 days. His loading truck was stuck on another property/job that needed to be towed. Why would he start my job knowing it wasn't available. When I asked for a discount he only came down $300 then said, "We rarely run into customers like you." I'm going to share my before and after pictures.

  Eagle tree service has helped me on my property 2 times, and they're back for a 3rd time this year! I highly recommend!

  They swindled my parent (who has dementia by the way) out of $5,000 dollars and then refused to refund her for their mistake. They (the owner-operator) had an agreement with my mom's now ex-boyfriend (who also happens to be his buddy) to do the job WHILE MY MOM WAS OUT OF TOWN, despite BOTH of them knowing my mom already had an agreement with another service for a fraction of the cost. Due to the nature of the work, my mom's credit card company could not refund the money taken despite an investigation that lasted for a month. I find it abhorrent that someone who calls themselves a professional could complete a job on a property for which they never had a signed contract from the property owner herself. Maybe the service is good—but his practice and conduct in this situation was just WRONG.
