- JJJavon JordanAug 15, 20241.0I don’t wanna leave a star at this point but I get it, it’s business at the end of the day yes I’m late on a payment not even 30 days I’m struggling like everyone else but the way they talk to people are crazy the lady at the front desk rude but if I looked like that I would be rude too I guess I offered to pay half she said no hung up so when I told the boss or whatever nothing was done fine so now I’m not gonna call if I’m gonna be late bc they are rude! The boss today calls getting smart I get it I owe money but the over talking and then accusing me of blocking the store number is crazy smh I will tell everyone that walks passed if u rent from them and miss a payment just know they will get smart with u terrible customer service just rude like I said yes I owe money I work for the school and we just started back I will pay what I owe no problem but watch how u talk to people at the end of the day!

When I stopped by, she let me look around, never bothered me with "sales pitches" and let me pick what I wanted She then told me all about the set I picked, good and bad, and allowed ME to make my decision. I told her yes let's get it started and she explained, in detail, exactly what I should expect. We decided on a delivery date and I can say I have NEVER felt so at home and comfortable while buying furniture. Michelle is a rare find and I hope Eagle Rentals appreciates her. To Michelle, I can't thank you enough!!!
