- HNHopeLynn NashAug 11, 20251.0Roger and Jan are 2 of the worst people there!! I’m a single mom who fell on hard times and was trying to make payments and instead of trying to work with me I was met with wages being garnished after I returned everything and was told by Roger in the store that everything would be wiped clean and I could start over. They are still trying to collect over $1900 and won’t uphold the verbal agreement that was said. Jan is rude and disrespectful and always try’s to over talk you and not let you speak. I will never ever go back through Eagles again if this how I’m gonna be treated. My family are long term customers and the way I was treated was absolutely horrible. I will be making a BBB complaint as well
