I’ve lived at Eagle Creek for a while now, and while my experience started off rocky, I can honestly say things have improved dramatically under the new management and staff. To start with, the previous management made a huge error with my rent. I always pay on time and keep my receipts, but they shorted my payment by $1,000 and charged me a late fee on top of that. It took them an entire month to correct their mistake, despite clear proof — an extremely frustrating and unnecessary situation. Maintenance under the old team was just as bad. One of the worst issues I dealt with was a constant stream of water coming from my bathtub after bathing. I reported it multiple times over a two-year period to different maintenance workers, and every time I was either ignored or told it would be taken care of — but nothing was ever done. That issue went completely unresolved for years. Then came Tim, the new maintenance manager — and everything changed. Tim is truly a blessing. He’s professional, fast, and he genuinely cares about the residents. He fixed that two-year-old water issue on the spot. The stream that no one else could (or would) fix? Tim stopped it completely during his first visit. He also made me a working key for my front door and fixed the door itself in minutes — both things the previous team failed to resolve. I can't stress enough how refreshing it is to have someone who actually takes pride in doing the job right. The office staff has also been a huge improvement. Tiffany, the manager, and Allison, the leasing agent, are not only friendly and welcoming, but also extremely professional. Their customer service is excellent — they follow through, they listen, and they actually care about making your living experience better. Eagle Creek used to feel like a place I was stuck in. Now, it feels like a place I want to stay. The new management, the upgrades, the professionalism — especially from Tim, Tiffany, and Allison — have made a huge difference. I'm grateful for the turnaround and finally feel good about calling this place home.

I have lived here since the ending of Covid 2021 and this apartment complex has been the best living community I’ve ever been apart of! As of lately the apartments have been under new management Spark Living they have come in and made things better! The new staff are transitioning the complex into something great! One of the best additions is the maintenance supervisor Tim he is very knowledgeable and affirming. He explains things to the tenant well and does a great job at continuing to update and fix! I’m excited to see where they take things

I was asked to move in early to “help out” the apartment complex, but my unit was nowhere near ready. The apartment was not cleaned before I arrived. The AC does not work, and instead of fixing it right away, I was given a portable AC unit that barely cools the space in 90° weather. I was told the central AC won’t even be looked at until next week. On top of that, the dishwasher was leaking, and there is still no washer and dryer in the apartment—they said delivery will take a week and a half. The bathroom sink is also leaking, and the kitchen cabinets still need painted and lined, which means I can’t even unpack my kitchen properly. When I brought all of this to management’s attention, the only response I got was “sorry” and that they’d try to get things fixed within the next week or two. For the price I’m paying, I expected a move-in ready and functional apartment, not a long list of issues and delays. Very disappointing start to living here. UPDATE 9/19/2025 Since new Capreit management has taken over, there has been a huge improvement. Allyson, Tiffani, and Tim (maintenance) have all been very responsive and clear about the fixes and updates they were rolling out. They’ve already repaired my AC and dishwasher, restored my cabinets, and kept me updated on the process of getting my washer and dryer, along with other improvements. It’s been a major turnaround from the issues I experienced with the previous management, and I really appreciate the effort and communication from the new team.
