  As a small start up Non Profit that is running a complex accounting structure due to our mission to serve affluent and under resourced community members, having Tom Stow help us not only lifted a huge pressure of our shoulders, but invigorated confidence and encouragement for us to move our mission forward. His professionalism, kindness, and responsiveness is world-class. I'm grateful for this new relationship and look forward to carrying it forward for a very long time!   Tom with Eagle Accounting did my taxes for 2 years. In that time period, he seemed to be great. However, for some reason, still unknown to me, he completely stopped responding to me and I had to find another accountant to file my taxes for me; business and personal. Furthermore, I received a notice from the IRS stating that my taxes for one of the years, was not ever filed. I have reached out to Tom on several occasions since then. Sometimes he answers and seems friendly. But he has yet to follow through on anything he tells me he will do or get back to me on. If you are looking for some one to get your numbers together for you, he is good at what he does. But when it comes to accountability, there is none. I will be escalating this legally to the fullest of my abilities as I anticipate having to go through an audit now due to his lack of responsiveness or caring.
