- CWCindy WeingartMay 15, 20255.0My Mom was at Eagan Pointe for 9 years and she was very well taken care of. 7 years was in memory care and the staff treated her with love and respect. The staff was very stable, not much turnover. The facility was clean, they had fun activities, and I felt my Mom was safe at all times.

They transfer Residents from Assisted living to memory care then put them on hospice to die. Residents don’t get the care they need. Don’t bring your family here. Caregivers are mistreated.

My dad now participates in special meals, arm chair traveler sessions, and attends music performers. Everyone cares deeply for the residents.
