  I really did not want to write a bad review. But I was very disappointed in the last outdoor carpet I bought from eEand W. I bought an outdoor carpet to be put on a pontoon boat and it is completely disintegrating. i've been back several times to talk to the owner who wasn't there at the time. I left my name number and they assured me.He would be in the next day and would give me a call in the morning, and I never received the call.

  Very great work. My floors look so good. They even helped move furniture around for me. I appreciate these guys for their hard and efficient job well done. Thank you!

  Honestly I wish we had just kept our outdated floors seeing as our home isn't even safe for my daughter to crawl in anymore! Long review but read before you consider giving money to this company. Quality of flooring: It has been less than a year and our floor boards are bucking in our kitchen and dining room in multiple areas. Our hallway has a board with NAILS popping out of it!!! And the doorway into the bedrooms have pieces that weren't glued properly and there for come out every time we brush it with our foot. Customer Service: Terrible! They told us they'd take up our flooring "tile and all" for the price of installation and they didn't! Had to rent a tool and hire someone else extra $300 (When we brought it up to the owner he was SO rude and said he'd just stop the job leaving our home uncompleted.) When we said we just wanted to be reimbursed for the extra money we spent and wasnt getting service for he told us he'd take it off the bill. When the job was done, the owner still charged FULL PRICE and ignored our calls for months until we left a review and STILL refused to reimburse us. Needless to say we regret buying the workers lunch 2 of the 3 days they where here (told it would be a one day job since it's a small house and weren't doing bedrooms another lie) Also one of the workers was so nosey and kept going through our stuff and harrassed me (6 months pregnant) to the point that I had to hide in my bedroom because I was getting anxiety. Same guy swept all the dust down the hole where our hall bathroom toilet was suposed to go (we were remodeling the bathroom too) They didn't even move furniture like they claimed they do. My husband has a bad back and threw his back out moving our potted plant and we had to ask a friend over to help me (again 6 MONTHS PREGNANT!) move most of our stuff. Since then we've had friends and family remodeling who asked if we would recommend anyone knowing we support local businesses, we told them ANYWHERE but here!

  E&W has completed wood flooring work on my house twice in the last 3 years. I must say that both times, they did an amazing job! The price was fair and both times the installers did an immaculate job!! Thank you to Chad and your staff!! I highly recommend E&W!!! Great job!!

  We couldn’t be happier. Conrad and Chad were very helpful with the selections. They listened to what was important to me. That made it quicker and easier to make all the choices. I can’t say enough about the installers. Steve and Keith are definitely professionals. My tile and hardwood floors are perfect. They were always right on time or early. That is very important to me. They hardly ever took breaks. We will tell everyone about E & W Carpets. Because, quality and professionalism is getting harder and harder to find.
