Everyone we worked with at E&B Granite was professional and friendly even as we changed our minds and were forced to delay our DIY project several times. Our sales rep, James Mitchell, was both patient and helpful as we navigated our kitchen renovation. Our project involved 4 sections of beautiful quartzite countertops with one section requiring a seam. I'm impressed with the way that seam was bookmatched. We did experience some unexpected issues during installation but most were addressed on the spot. One that was discovered afterwards was corrected by their installation specialist Joshua Dickey who was dispatched within 24 hours. I really couldn't ask for a better response. We have only good things to say about E&B Granite and will surely work with them again in the future.
