  Came in for an annual general maintenance checkup for a Mazda 3HB. Tech was very thorough and esp appreciated clear communication - the detailed comments/status report on the invoice/receipt are very useful.

  The team at Urbana saved me when I had car troubles in the middle of a long trip. They did an amazing job and put in the extra effort to get me back on the road as quick as possible. Everyone at the shop was very friendly, and they were super accommodating to make sure my impromptu vacation in Urbana was pleasant.

  These guys are amazing professionals. A few weeks ago, I had a transmission fluid problem during a long roadtrip. I stopped in, and Stu, Dakota, and Nick went above and beyond to thoroughly resolve the problem. My family and I arrived safe and sound at our family reunion. You hear people say "support the troops" all the time; these guys supported this troop better than probably anyone has in all my 21 years of service....If you want your car serviced by the best, bring it here!

  Our family vehicle broke down on a roadtrip, and we were pointed to this garage, and we are so grateful. Their rates were reasonable, but our car was just too old to justify repairs. They worked with us until we could get it junked and were just so helpful everytime we had questions or called to keep them in the loop. Thank you!!!

  I was really impressed with the transparency and professionalism of the folks at Dynamic. I felt that they were able to balance the needs of my car, my financial and time-sensitive worries, as well as their needs as a business. Also, everyone at the shop seemed to have good rapport with each other, which was a good sign.
