Could not be happier with the camera system Dynamark installed at my house. From starting out discussing system design and camera placement both over the phone and in person with Willie and Jason to the stellar installation done by Juan and Matthew yesterday both customer service and installation were on point. I’m a Master Electrician, so you could say I can be overly meticulous on installation expectations, whether in plain site or tucked up under my desk where some installers would think out of sight out of mind, all the cables are ran and attached neat and clean. Juan also stayed after the installation was complete to connect the cameras to my tablet and walk me through operation and features of my new system. If you are looking for a home security system or a home camera system I highly recommend Dynamark!

Great service, very accommodating to my work schedule. Technicians are very knowledgeable on equipment they are installing. Dynamark pre-wired my home for security, out door speakers, cameras, and surround sound! Everything works flawlessly and I have had nothing but great experiences each time I've called! 10/10 would recommend!
Poor poor service. Faulty system installed, false alarms caused, difficulty getting answers on why the faulty system, arrogant sales/service people waving a long term contract over your head. Surprisingly bad experience.
Look elsewhere if you want a security system.

Do not deal with this company. Read ALL the fine print as they keep a rolling contract. They never give you renewal dates. Acct. Mgr. Marielsa is very
unprofessional and argumentive. GO WITH VIVINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid my bill and will tell all how bad this company is.......
