  The manager, is why this location isn't selling more clothes! She's rude and known to be disrespectful and difficult, not just to customers but to staff, as well. Do yourself a favor and just buy online instead! I promise you that it will be a lot easier than buying in this store!

  On 8/29/2025 at 10:02 AM, my husband and I visited this store hoping for help finding something suitable for a special occasion. When my husband asked if someone could assist with measurements, the associate dropped her head, shook it back and forth in what felt like disapproval, and then laughed at him. In that moment, I watched my husband’s willingness to step outside of his comfort zone completely disappear. My heart sank, because the effort it took for him to even walk through those doors and ask for help was significant. When he tried to explain that he used to be bigger and why he wanted his clothes to fit loosely (XXL-3XL), he was cut off mid-sentence. We had come in praying we’d be met with kindness and understanding, but instead we left feeling judged and as if we had inconvenienced the lady, the "only" person working at that time (as she so politely pointed out). To the owner: Please don’t respond with a standard statement. Instead, I ask that you review the video of this interaction and speak with the associate. At the time, there was only one other couple in the store, and they were off shopping. My husband and I never made it past that first interaction at the front desk.

  It was great. In fact, I plan on going back each month to buy a shirt or two until my wardrobe is filled.
