  Mark was very attentive and willing to assist. Some items sizes were not available in store. He told me shipping is available for in store pick up or they could also ship them to my home. He offered to order them online. He also explained quick delivery is available because my trip was within days. A great experience.

  I bought a button-up shirt tie and pants for a wedding The clothes were very comfortable play definitely fit me because I am very tall person everything fit perfectly and the staff to help me with everything regarding my queries.. if you're ever in the store don't forget about their discount area usually in the back of the store going by the blue red and yellow dots..

  It is so nice to go into this store and know they have your size! The sales people are wonderful. They are attentive and very helpful. If you're looking for a big and tall shop, this shop is head and shoulders above all others.

  So the first time I went to this store I was really happy with the products and the customer service. I went in there today to see if I could exchange a couple pairs or shorts that I bought last month because after only wearing each pair a couple times the buttons broke off. The salesman said he wasn’t sure if they could do that and went to ask his manager. He comes back and says that they can’t do that because I bought too small of a size and that I needed to go up a size. The one size I bought is a little smaller and I don’t need a belt when I wear them, the other ones are a size bigger and I use a belt when I wear them. The reason I bought both sizes is I don’t need to wear a belt with the smaller size when I’m playing golf and the shorts fit perfectly. The bigger ones I use when I’m wearing them casually and use a belt especially if I tuck my shirt in. He also told me the reason the button broke was because of the pressure my body weight puts on it, and the thread can’t handle that kind of pressure. Look I know I’m a bigger guy but I also don’t by clothes that are too small for me and obviously I know I’m bigger because I’m buying clothes from a big and tall store. So in the end they wouldn’t exchange them and also insulted me which normally I don’t care about that, but that’s not a professional thing to say to a customer. All I wanted was the shorts either fixed or exchanged, I didn't demand my money back nor was I rude to the staff. Bottom line I’m pretty disappointed by the customer service I received. Hopefully they’ll see this and try to make it right.
