  I caught the salesperson on their 15 min break. I was in the store alone for 15 minutes didn't get greeted i called the the store inside the store the salesperson didn't answer the phone. I waited so long I called customer care to make sure the salesperson was ok. I thought something happened to the salesperson. Finally after the salesperson came back the selection was low and very expensive. I took my business to mens wearhouse. There it was cheaper and more of a selection and I was greeted in a timely matter. Looks like mens wearhouse will continue to get my business! Sorry DXL.

  I hadn't been to DXL in years, but I needed new clothes. I had an awesome experience, Seth took care of me he was very patient and very attentive to my needs. He was very helpful and was super kind. I will definitely be going back and hopefully Seth will be there again because he made my experience great as he was very professional and understanding.

  Josh was stellar! Smiled the whole time, gave exceptional options, measured me to ensure a good fit, and took his time! I just can not express how great this experience was, especially after trying multiple stores, this was so much better!

  Seth is the most amazing associate. He helped me grab some clothes from my husband to attend a funeral on last minute notice. When one part of the outfit was unavailable at his store, he called to confirm he could get me the item reserved at their overland park location. Really made the situation easier when you have someone to handle the challenges of big man's clothes.

  I just had to share my experience at DXL Men’s Apparel on Berry Road in Kansas City. I’m a bigger, taller, athletic guy, and I’ve always struggled finding clothes that fit well. Today, I walked in, and Seth was there to greet me with exceptional customer service. Seth was genuinely attentive, even while handling multiple customers. He took his time answering all of my questions and quickly got my measurements in just seconds. It was impressive how hands-on and knowledgeable he was. I tried on a few jackets, pants, and more, and by the end of the visit, I left with a great selection of items I tried on and shoes that finally fit right. His friendly attitude, attention to detail, and deep understanding of the products made all the difference. Kudos to Seth for his fantastic work. I truly appreciate his effort in making me feel welcome and well taken care of. Thanks, Seth, for making my shopping experience a breeze!
