  My review is a tad overdue. I'd like to give props to the Assistant Manager, Jeremy. My partner and I decided to elope and I wanted a suit. I'd stopped in at other big box retailers and had some of the worst experiences as a woman looking for masculine clothing. I was absolutely delighted by my experience at DXL and with Jeremy. From the beginning, he was kind and professional. He helped me get measured for a suit and coached me through the ways a suit should fit. He was extremely patient as I tried on nearly every jacket in the store. He made suggestions on how the suit could fit better, colors that complimented me, and made my partner feel very welcome. Never once did he "make it weird" for me. It was such a a validating experience and I am so grateful that he was so kind, accepting, and on top of that, delivered top notch service and advice. When I landed on a suit jacket and was missing pants in my size, he very quickly helped me get them ordered online for delivery. Jeremy is a star employee and good human being. If you're looking for big & tall clothing, this is the person and DXL is the store to go to.
