  I shopped on Saturday and had the pleasure of meeting Vernon. He did the work of three people while running the store on his own. Despite the rush shoppers, he found time to consult with me on clothes I was buying for an upcoming trip. I planned to spend only $200, but I ended up buy over $500 worth of items thanks to some pointers from him.

  **Five-Star Review for Vernon at DXL Men’s Store** I had an outstanding experience at the DXL Men’s Store thanks to Vernon, who went above and beyond to take care of me during my visit. Despite being the only associate in the store at the time, Vernon handled everything with professionalism, calm, and incredible customer service. On top of assisting customers, he was managing a leaking ceiling due to the rain and also resetting parts of the store — a tall order for just one person. And yet, none of that stopped him from giving me his full attention, helping me find exactly what I needed, and making sure I felt taken care of from start to finish. Vernon was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind — a true professional who clearly takes pride in what he does. In today’s world, it’s rare to come across service like this, and he deserves recognition for handling a tough situation with such grace and dedication. Thank you, Vernon!
