  I have been coming here for a while, although its been a minute.I got in about 30 minutes before closing. I had never seen the worker before but seemed like he was just using his phone, never once asked if I needed help. I was trying on shirts and what not, was going to try a few more on when the guy says “im not going to ring you up after 7”. I replied with “oh you cant ring me up after 7”. He answers “i can but I don't want to i need to get home to my daughter” which I completely understand but not good customer service, especially in todays world where many brick and mortar stores are closing due to low business.

  The store was clean and very well organized. The staff acknowledged me right away as I walked in and were friendly, and they helped me find the item that I went to the store for. It was my first time there, but definitely going back. This is a great store to go to when looking for "hard to find" sizes for men.

  I have NEVER walked into the San Leandro store and bad service. ALWAYS creating beautiful tasteful ensembles for me. Its difficult getting my size but San Leandro office ALWAYS has a great inventory to choose from. IDK their names but Their " The Dynamic Duo" those two men. TY for you for all you do.
