  Normally, I would say that my experience with the store is very pleasant. Unfortunately, today I called and was hung up on twice and then finally when I got the person to not just say hello and hang up I confirmed that I was calling DXL and then Had to ask numerous times if they had a simple red three XLT sweatpants Angela was obviously with another customer Because while I was talking and explaining what I was looking for, she was talking to the customer in the store. I wish that she would have asked me to wait just a moment while she finished up the other person or excusing themselves from the in-store customer while they answered a simple phone call with a simple question.

  The employees are very courteous and helpful. Found me what I needed and also checked the fit. Always a pleasure going there.

  It was a great experience and the quality of the clothes was top tier. Becky is now my favorite person in the world. I want to try some of her home made beer cheese.
