Over and above, he gave advice on shoes (permission to wear his boots with a bit of shine up) and pointed us to a place to make appointment for a haircut. (I ended up getting a cut, too.) A nice balance of kindness and professionalism.
- CYCari YoungAug 10, 20255.0My husband and I visited this location for the second time due to the superior service we received from Jim the first time, and to take advantage of the 20% off Fit Exchange Program. We were sad to see Jim wasn't working but were quickly greeted by Sophie. She provided the same type of exemplary service that we experienced before with Jim. She was happy to help by looking up my husbands pants size on the computer, and showing us where the items were located. At checkout Sophie pointed out the dxl cologne next to the register and mentioned it was also eligible for the 20% off. My husband initially declined and we finished the checkout process with no issues. By the time he made it out to the car he changed his mind about wanting the collage(which smells amazing by the way) and asked me to go back inside and get it. I expected to pay full price since we had already completed the first transaction, but Sophie took the 20% off again without me even asking. I'm not sure what they are putting in the water at this location, but Jim and Sophie are obviously a different breed of salespeople. Customer service like this is will keep myself and I'm sure many others picking this store and location over others. A+++

Jim(the store manager) demonstrates the qualities and personality I look for when I visit a physical store location. Throughout the entire sales process he was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, made me comfortable with my purchase, and never pushy for me to buy more than I wanted. Great experience!
