  A Little disappointed in the service I recieved. I normally get assistance when it comes to finding my size. Was not able to use my savings code at the time when I came in. It showed on the website than when I go into use it was no longer there. I spend alot of money with your company. I dont think I will ever step foot in another DXL

  I'm posting this not as somebody who has visited the store but as somebody who has received customer service over the phone. I was looking for a pair of pants and I've been having problems finding pants in my size so I called this store. I made this call between 1:40 to 1:45 PST today Wednesday. Because of the customer service that I received on the phone I will be visiting the store. The agent or representative that I spoke to from the store was extremely positive, upbeat and helpful. I explained to her that I've been losing weight and that I don't normally buy clothes at this size because I'm not going to be this size forever. I did this because I'm used to having or hearing judgment in people's voices. I did not get any hint of judgment from this representative. Like I said she was super positive and helpful. This is exactly the type of people I love dealing with. So whoever her boss is should really promote her next time promotions come up. Thank you and that is all

  Great service and selection. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Todd helped me out and absolutely made my experience easy and pleasant.

  As it was the time before. Very clean helpful friendly. We will definitely recommend this store. If your a young man or even a older gentleman that is on the over weight size this is the place to go. They have a large amount of clothing to choose from they have it all from the top of your head to the soles of your feet and what ever you want. The only thing is I wish they had would have clothing for women.

  Store Manager Todd was amazing. He assisted in measuring to get the perfect fit. I have lost 180 pounds over the past year and finally am able to buy off the rack at DXL. Thank you also for having more than one employee in the store. This location was very busy yesterday and everyone was getting helped and were happy. I’m a 20+ year customer. Now that I have Todd help I feel much better coming in to buy in store rather then online. Thank You, Tim Timmins Portland Oregon
