When I asked for a credit or adjustment I was denied. When I mentioned I would return the items and repurchase; they did me i could not. BTW I made it clear the items still had the tags and had not been worn. This experience was laughable. I truly wished there was a legit competitor.

Ignored by sales associates throughout the entire time in the store. When I finally asked someone for help with something they were extremely rude. This location definitely changed my opinion of the brand for the worse. Seems like they’ve gone downhill. With how much they markup merchandise, it’s not worth shopping if the service is so bad. Won’t be back unfortunately!
