  I knew what I was looking for so I was able to get in and out without any problem. I did have to seek out a store associate for help. No one offered help.

  Jaylon was an excellent customer service guy. He lead us through the store directing us to The items we were interested in. We got everything we needed in no time with his help. We'll definitely make the 2 hour drive again for the good prices and great customer service

  Cat, the salesperson, was incredibly knowledgeable in helping me find the perfect clothing items that suited me. She looked at my torso and immediately knew a shirt that I had gotten was a size too big. She went above and beyond by informing me about the store's rewards program, which I was eligible for, adding an extra layer of value to my shopping experience. Cat's attention to detail and friendly demeanor made my visit truly enjoyable. I also appreciated the friendly helpfulness of her departing coworker.

  I didnt get the sales persons name. However she understood my husband was not interested in getting a dress jacket for a wedding. She was kind and provided us other locations near by to try out her measurements were on the miney the first time and understood we were more than likely not going to purchase anythong that day. We went to 1 other store and the expirience there was less than. You have a great staff and even on a busy Saturday morning, we were able to get in, find what we needed to find out. I did down load the app and order it on the app. Thank you
