Mike was extremely accommodating. I’m a bigger guy (60 w X 38 L, 4x shirt) and he made everything easy. His calm demanor and understanding of the shopping experience made it so that my anxiety of being a bigger guy was not seen or spiked. I left ordering nearly a full suit (minus shirt, tie, and pocket square. Didn’t know until after the transaction was over that he is the store manager. His retail experience was what I hope all retail experiences strive for. DXL has earned a customer for the foreseeable future due to his service.
